I'm a DIY homeowner. Having 30+ years in construction I decided to take on a wood stove installation myself. Keith was extremely helpful and willing to sell off his showroom floor. Also, I worked with DMD for the granite hearth, and the Kuma hybrid works well.

We had a beautiful gas fireplace installed about two years ago by Valley Stove, and maybe about once a year have had a normal maintenance issue where the rocks move and need to be adjusted, but is a little tricky to do by ourselves. Steve, their service person, has come out 2-3 times to help with the issue and is always so nice and does it for us free of charge. The small family owned customer service is unmatched!
