I dropped off a key cylinder for one of two mechanic tool chests that I have after almost a week and 5 phone calls they never got the job done. I went back to the shop and picked up my key cylinder and key and left. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

No customer service. I called prior to arriving to confirm they offer key copying services for security doors and informed them I would be arriving in 15 minutes. I entered the storefront and the door chimed loudly when I entered, so they heard me coming. There was no one at the counter, so I rang the bell for service. Then I waited. And waited. I rang the bell again. I took a loud phone call. I opened and closed the door again. I could hear employees walking around and answering phones. But no
