I cannot recommend these movers enough!! We hired this crew for a move from Flagstaff to Phoenix. It was a pleasure working with everyone, from the office staff to the three gentlemen who actually moved our boxes and furniture. Everything arrived with no dents or scratches, and they were able to problem-solve getting a few of the larger pieces through a tricky bedroom entryway. We are grateful for their kindness and care throughout a busy moving day. Truly a 5-star experience.

Lack of accountability and lack of quality control seem to be issues at the moment. Somebody packed a precious item of mine without my consent or knowledge and that item was destroyed. When I tried to talk with somebody higher up in the company about this, they said the destroyed property was my fault, because the movers don’t pack items.
