They installed a 100 decibel speaker in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It goes off at all times of the day, making the entire neighborhood feel like it's a concentration camp. Seriously, all day everyday is like the audio from Schindler's list. When I called to explain the situation, the operator stonewalled me. I will be submitting 12 to 20 noise complaints daily until the situation is rectified. You don't have the right to ruin the quality of life for an entire neighborhood. Find
