Val was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and responsive. She and her team redesigned a guest bedroom and kid's bedroom in my house. Her ability to think outside the box is amazing and she was very thoughtful about what would be good for my 3 year old. We loved her so much that we are now having her redesign my kitchen and living room. She is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met and I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with her.

We worked with the company a little while ago but ended before we finished the project. We never seemed to be on the same page style-wise. We felt her concept was being forced on us. Anytime we pushed back, correspondences got short and longer in between. Communication and professionalism skills could use a tune up.

It didn't go well. We never even got to the quote stage. Here is the exact timeline of events: Find her via Houzz, then she calls us the same day and it seems like a good fit. We set up a day/time for her to come out and there is no mention of a consultation fee or a minimum. She then has one of her designers tell us there is a fee which I kindly let her know that it wasn't mentioned on our phone call and if she wants to continue to meet on site then that's great but we won't be paying.
