They completed the instal in a timely manner. However my fence was installed in the end of march 2025, and in October 2025 my hardware on my gate failed and came off! I have been in contact with Jessie and Andrew multiple times. I have been told that they would “be out tomorrow” or “send a guy out” but they never do. Then when I try to call the I can’t seem to ever get through to someone, and when I do I get an excuse as to why no one came out to my house. This is a small fix but it seems to me

Terrible communication with the company. Somone was supposed to be at my house last Tuesday to finish up the work and no one showed up. Cant get any help to fallow up on anything
