Just canceled my service after several years. I don’t know what changed there between when I signed up and when I canceled, but service went downhill sharply. I had sensors that didn’t work and called the service department several times for help so I could figure out what was going on. No calls back. Now I have billing questions and can’t get a call back from that department either. Beyond frustrated.

I had numerous problems with my equipment and Kayla (the service manager at the time) suggested that instead of the land line we convert to cellular. She never told me there was a contract for five years. The equipment was installed and my employee signed the paperwork without any authorization from me. I didn’t even get a copy. Well we continued to have problems with not only the equipment but with their staff. They would call with late to open twenty minutes after my staff had already arrived
