Got an estimate to repair/replace insulation in a crawl space. The tech came & did a good job with the repair. My only issue is the billing. I received a bill that was almost double what it should have been. The tech got here at 8am and left at 1pm stating he still had another job and had to go install a stove. We had US Insulation furnish and install a free-standing gas heater for our cabin. The experience has been very bad from beginning to end. On the office and administration side there was no attention to detail, and no follow through, which caused avoidable delays and errors in getting the correct components.
