Rachel the office manager, is magic! The project has not even started yet, but she is already all over it and always reachable on phone. She helped me out communicating with my tenant on the unavailability of the plumber and helped assure them that their issues will be sorted soon. She took the pains of calling them multiple times at times staying on hold for long periods of time until my tenant answered. She has been a great bridge between the PM and me and always very responsive and understand

US Home Services was great, exceeded my expectations. I'm not a person to leave reviews, but I have to. From start to finish I was impressed. Rachel in the office is amazing, this company is lucky to have her! She hand-holded me during the whole time. Great techs. The techs made sure everything was done perfectly, high standards. I have an incredible finished basement now!

Coordinated by phone and text with 2 people to come out and provide quotes for flooring and bathroom remodel, never received any follow up or quote. Waste of our time.

They have been with me through countless rounds of ‘can we save a bit here?’ and ‘can i adjust this tiny detail there’?
