They went out of business, without standing by their work.

We used US Bath systems for a bathroom remodel 3.5 years ago and they do not stand by their work. We had pointed out things to be fixed within our first year but they dodged our calls and never had anyone come out to fix things. They recommended a “luxury” bath kit that looked great at first but they didn’t cut it right, so it’s pulled away from the base pan. Same with the base pan and flooring. Poor quality. After we had to contact them 3 times to come fix their work, they quit coming. Left the supplies and said to do it ourselves. Still having problems with the low quality, cheap products they used. Would never do business with them again, let alone recommend to others.
