i don't usually write reviews but i had to for this one. i was in irvine for ONE DAY for a work thing. parked my rental car in the garage. went to leave. door wouldn't open. I legit thought i was going to miss my flight back to la . i called Urban garage door almost in tears. the guy on the phone was so calm. he talked me through trying the emergency relase ( didn't work.) Then the sent someone within an hour.Tech fixedthe spring, charged me $295, and i made my flight. if you need garage door
