Once I made contact with Carlos and the in-house visit, which I initially declined, it was a smooth, seamless process. I was contacted before and the day of installation. Once they arrived, from start to finish with removing old windows to installation of the new windows, finishing touch up and cleaning up from the work of 21 windows (different sizes) approximately 10hrs in total!! Amazing experience, I highly recommend them and at a price that's incomparable!!
