We had a pipe for our outdoor water spout break and water was spewing all over the driveway with out shut off being in a manhole in the driveway. Corey took care of it efficiently and even had a sense of humor about going down a wet manhole in the dark and cold. Reasonable price and even provided an estimate to get the water spout replaced. Jonathon and his assistant did a great job installing shut off valves for a laundry sink. They were polite and efficient. The job took a little over an hour to complete. I was shocked to receive the bill ($600.00 & tax). I asked how this amount was justified. The price was set by the office. The job was done perfectly. I have no complaints concerning the work done. However, the price is very problematic - my 2 star rating is a result ONLY about the charge.

Great experience with this company! They were able to come the next day and fixed the problem. Jacob was professional, efficient, and an all-around lovely human. Give this guy a raise - he is worth every penny! Will definitely use again for any future needs.

Guy who came out was lovely! The price was not. We replaced our toilet and (successfully I must add) but since it's an old house in Grandview, we noticed our Flange was rusted out and just needed a new one. If that's what you're looking for, beware, they charge you $1,000 for this service - Garrett, the manager says it's a flat fee (even if they run into problems) which is weird seeing on the invoice in big bold letters "THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF THE FINAL PRICE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED" - so! f

Very pleased with our experience! The phone staff was friendly and patient all three times I called. Our technician Robbie was knowledgeable, polite, and stayed until the (quite sizable) job was completed. He understood our trouble (we were on ~day 14 with no hot water) and worked compassionately. The work was appropriately billed, and we will be return customers if ever the need arises.
