Unfortunately, when they installed the closets they were too high. They told us they would come out and fix it. It’s been 7 months with several calls and they still have not returned. I scheduled from their to come out today because one of the toe kicks came off. Never showed. Their closets are beautiful but their service is horrible. So much for their warranty. It looks like we will have to take them to small claims court.

Dont trust them. They make false promises.once they receive their money they dont answer your calls.they say its life time warranty but if they dont even answer client calls then how can things be addressed.

I have not received any communication after several attempts to contact this company. I had closets installed in Mar 2025 and ordered and paid for extra shelves and now have a broken hamper. Unable to get a response. Poor customer service

My bedroom closet came out really nice. A lot more room for clothes and enough space for getting dressed.

Since my text messages and phone calls are no longer being answered, I'm having to rely on this, my last resort. Had I known that close to two months after receiving my quote, and the first payment being processed, I still wouldn't have my closet installed, I would definitely have gone with another provider. Every time it has been ME reaching out to get an update, you don't even have the decency to keep me properly informed. And for what? It's always the same excuse, delays in production, delays

They listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions to maximize our closet space. They did the install in one day. Communication was great! I would definitely recommend!

Designed and installed our pantry and master bedroom closet. Very fast and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is lovely and just as we wanted.
