The job started out great. Duane was responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to. There were definitely some communication issues as the job progressed. I ended up very unhappy and now he has basically refused to come correct issues that he said he would. I would not recommend, and definitely will not be using their services in the future. Some of the problems could have been headed off if I had required more specific language in the contract. Be very careful of vague wording and get exact mea
