The guy who showed up simply put up his little traps that never caught ANYTHING, and his ridiculously silly verbal conclusion for ERADICATING THE PEST was, "TELLING THE RODENTS, THIS IS MY HOUSE, NOT YOURS." And of course, he charged. Justin was very timely, personable, and professional. He did a great job covering all areas and was very respectful of our property. He made sure everything (including stones) was put back in its place. Definitely would recommend Justin again.
