Came in to get a piece for my lighting fixtures. Walk up to the counter and there are two employees having a conversation so I wait for them to finish. After 2 minutes of them still talking and no one acknowledging another employee comes from the back, I smile and nod, he nods back and makes a sharp turn down the aisle away from me.
