Universal floors did a great job for me on my 100+ year old floors. They carefully pulled up the damaged boards and managed to save some to replace once the repair was completed. There was termite damage in the subfloor. They carefully shored up the damaged joists, replaced the subfloor and then replaced the oak floorboards. They carefully matched the type of wood and the color of the existing ones. Thanks!
