The techs were nice and installed well. The product they use is trash. They charge top dollar but send garbage. The corners don’t line up and they powder coat products that didn’t last 2 months. Paid extra for glass coating for shower door and it doesn’t work. I have scrubbed and cleaned the way Herb told us to clean it. The techs told me it didn’t look coated when they came out for a 3rd time and told me the product from Basco is trash. The customer service is bad and the owner is of no help. T

Osman y Jhoe came to remove some old windows at my apartment and installed new ones. Boy do they work fast and efficiently.
