I had a steady leak in my bathroom that went unnoticed for weeks, and the hardwood flooring was showing signs of swelling. He ran some quick tests and showed me the places moisture was trapped. He didn't feel it would be necessary to break out the heavy duty equipment for this, but gave me advice on how to continue drying it on my own. I

They answered our call quickly and were able to fit us in same day for mitigation, our house is now completely dry with zero moisture. Highly recommend!
