Subcontractors did pretty good work. Had a couple call backs for the work to be corrected, not a big deal. Had 11 windows replaced and a small amount of gutter work for $11,999.00 They never pulled a permit and when I asked about it, I was told it was an "oversight". Here I sit, 10 weeks later, with an incomplete inspection done by the county due to bathroom windows failing (stickers) The price of the permitted work on file is for $3500, a little UNDER THREE TIMES the cost of the job ($11,99
