I dropped my dress off a week early, went to pick it up and they couldn't find it. 30 min later they tell me it was never dry cleaned. Mind you I had came in earlier around noon to pick it up and the was told come back at 4. I needed the dress for a funeral the next morning. Told me come back at 8 the next morning. When I picked it up the woman refused to offer a discount for their inconvenience. The audacity! Use at your own risk, however they'll NEVER get my business again.
