I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for over three months and have not received a return call. I was charged hundreds of dollars, but I have not been provided receipts, documentation, or an explanation for why the charges were not covered under my service agreement. Recently, the company contacted me to schedule another tune-up and suggested my agreement may not have been canceled, despite confirming my cancellation back in October. I had an extremely poor experience with this HVAC company. My home warranty company connected me with United Air Temp on 12/22 and my ticket is STILL OPEN.
