Scheduled appointments and missed both because first time they didnt call like they were supposed to. Second time they called i missed the call by a second but they call from a blocked number so you can't call back! They expect you to sit in an empty commercial building with no heat for 10 hours in freezing weather ! Im 2 mins away but they can't call to let me get there to open door. Such bullshit
