If you are trying to pay your bill due to not getting bill in mail good luck with the phone prompts. It took a half hour for it to accept a payment and kept cutting me off. Also they don't let you give a number to a person over the phone to take. This is the world we live in I suppose. For my needs they were great! I called to set up my start of service. They scheduled a tech to come out the next day to turn on AND light the pilot lights on the heater and hot water tank. The technician was super friendly and quick.
