Horrible customer service. Ghosted multiple times by the owner/this company. Constantly have to follow up with him - phone call and text. Finally was able to get someone to come out after multiple follow ups. Then, nothing... Followed up multiple times for my quote since January 17th and have been purposely ignored. My dealings with Chase and this company have been pleasant. I will be contacting them hopefully soon about a septic system.

Chase and John came out to do perc testing on our land. They were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond, they poked way more holes than other companies were willing to do to get us a septic system approval. They were more than fair in their pricing and even moved some branches to our burn pile! I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing needs!
