Their service is just terrible unfortunately they changed my backflow in 2022 and it worked fine. The city of Cary tested it for backflow which was fine and then these guys came and winterized it this year ,They gave the backflow to me and now today when they came to reinstall it, they tell me that it is leaking because I probably kept it in the garage , I don’t know where else I would have kept The back flow . I have been told to replace it again with another $700 bill. They have taken no respo

My next door neighbor had an extensive watering system installed by this company. The U.P. Irrigation employees appeared content to let their litter blow all over (street, adjoining properties) for other people to clean up. I consider this profoundly unprofessional.

Bit on the pricey side if you ask me but the work is always on time and we'll performed. John is amazing.
