Put a mop sink on a hole with no plumbing. Left the ac turned off and left the thermostat hidden on inside of the ceiling tiles.

UMC remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom and did a great job! I had a vision for both rooms and they were able to complete both just as described. As with any remodel, the process is painful, especially when you work from home and have to be there during all the hammering, drilling, pounding, etc. There were the usual delays, product shortages, etc but at the end of the day, I got exactly what I wanted for my new bathroom. I think the biggest compliment is I would use UMC Builders again. They worked with me to bring my vision to fruition.
