UPDATE May 11, 2026 Ultimate continues to provide awesome service. Chris just left after fixing my AC promptly and saving my family from suffering thru a 100 + degree day!!! Quick, competent, friendly excellent followup....best AC service I have seen in being a AC user for over 50 years!!! UPDATE June 2019 I finally decided to go for it! I just wish I had done it sooner and saved my self some money. Chris had suggested I get a new unit before I spent the money to simply repair my old unit.

After installing our HVAC system, we came home to find a huge water spot on our ceiling. Turns out their installers didn't know enough to hook up the secondary drain line. After coming out and fixing it, I was told they would send someone out to fix the ceiling. Never happened. Now they aren't returning our calls. Don't use these people. They may be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.
