The technician was on time and called prior to arriving at my home. Herman was very professional and courteous. He explained all the things he was doing to service my water cleaning unit. I’ve had United Hydro servicing my water cleaning unit for over 15 years and by far Herman is the best service technician that has been in my home. He’s awesome!!
