I liked the flexibility of adding another container and choosing not to use it. Scheduling is a little odd. If you schedule pickup when you place the order, it means nothing. After they deliver an empty container, you need to call or go online and tell them to pick it up.

ABF/U-Pack was extremely great to work with! From the sales office, to the dispatcher, and the drivers, this company was amazing in customer service, communications, and just making sure everything worked extremely smooth. We needed an additional trailer and they immediately worked to get one delivered to us the very next day allowing us to stay on schedule. All I can say is that if I had to move again, this would be the way to do it!
