This is the first time I used a pod/container moving company. Read a lot of opinions on Reddit and decided to go here. It was everything they praised and more. Excellent communication, great at what they do, zero problems, very accommodating, great people. Special shout out to Karen in Parma (my destination depot) who helped me handle some logistics issues—way above and beyond, so kind, a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was excellent. 100% will use U-P

I highly recommend U-Pack for your move. I almost got scammed with another company but Thank God my credit card company declined the $$$$$ sale that had the moving company on record as fraud and too many complaints. Please be careful when looking into moving companies!!! U-Pack came through for us within a couple days notice. From start to finish every person I spoke to was very nice, helpful and professional, even the drivers were great!! Not sure what size truck you need, I like that U-Pack se
