Upack was great to work with start to finish. My family and I however were total disasters. We wildly overestimated our ability to pack everything ourselves (y'all, hire movers, I'm begging you) and missed the day we thought we'd load. Upack was *amazing* at rescheduling, working with us, and making it no problem at all. I actually couldn't believe how nice everyone was the entire time. I reached out to U-Pack in Tucson, Az. We decided on using a 28’ trailer. It was delivered on the day ordered. We packed it up and they came on the day ordered. Moved to Missouri and our household actually made it to the St Louis area before we did. I called to set up a day for the delivery to our new home. The trailer was delivered as ordered.
