Reserved a 5x8 box trailer at the Sahuarita location 3 weeks in advance. We received a call that said they don't have i available for us but had a larger one available at a different location. So we go to the other place but there is NO building just a dirt lot? We go into the carniceria next to it where no one spoke English and they pointed to the dominoes pizza building behind them who sent us back to the carniceria. 🤐 We called the uhaul number and were offered another trailer even further

Tyler ( I know I spelled this wrong) was outstanding. He is who I rented from and he is the one I returned the equipment to. Was very impressed with the speed of both transactions.
