I was told two maids would show up, only one did. When I called the company to discuss what happened, I was then told that they don’t promise two maids will show up, they only promise the job will get done. No apology or reduction in rate or any resolution was offered whatsoever. Apparently deceptive marketing and an utter lack of professionalism is acceptable these days.

Mayra and Makayla did a amazing job cleaning my apartment. I would definitely use them again. This is the cleanest my apartment has felt in a long time.
