While the initial responsiveness was good, we've had significant issues with project management and follow-through that remain unresolved. Issues requiring immediate attention: 1) Flashing failure: Flashing has come off three separate times. Speedy crews, reasonable prices and willing to assess and do a specific repair ( in my case a fairly small job) well and in a timely manner. Particularly appreciated the friend assessor who listened to what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me. Also their quote was very reasonable compared to other companies
