Water in the basement is an absolute nightmare, and it took us two years to realize our sunken driveway was the actual cause. The Twin Cities Asphalt crew routed out the cracks properly and applied a commercial sealcoat over everything. It took them less than a day and it looks perfect. He finally admitted we should have just called them first.

10 stars if I could. At 61 years old I have had several asphalt contracts in my time. This company may not have fancy brand new equipment but delivered experienced exceptional workmanship. Went above and beyond at the HOA Townhome Association I am a board director of. Patched areas that were needed but not in our budget this year because they could (left over materials). What a nice surprise!!!! Their fees were close to competive bids but the cheapest. So best priced with best seasoned workmansh
