Receptionist was patronizing when I called to inquire about a custom drawer to fit an existing cabinet. She asked me multiple times if I was the owner of the property. Then proceeded to explain how the project was basic and they do more high end work. That it would be really expensive and that the craftsman probably wouldn’t even be interested. I didn’t even get to the part where I also needed some powder coating done for an art installation. Customer service should be a basic.

Turner & Associates designed and built our somewhat *unusual* bookcases and cabinet base, and we are absolutely pleased with the results. Bill takes great pride in his workmanship, and it shows with his attention to the details, especially with creative projects. We had a couple hiccups with the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, but it all turned out beautifully. Communications were great regarding next steps in the project, updates, changes, etc. Highly recommend!
