They are pricing themselves out of the market. I’ve had a 50% increase in only a few years. I’m looking for a new company to monitor my business this week.

Do not use this company. They’ll keep sending technicians over that don’t know how to do their job. Making excuses of needing to order new parts. To reschedule. All while charging you every time they send their technicians over who don’t know how to fix the issue.
