Two days later called and followed up and he said he won’t do that since price on supplies is keep going up and as a matter of fact just went up 9%. I am giving this bad review because the technician job should be focus on what he is hired to do which is AC Turn up, but instead he gave extremely terrible , false and misleading information to my tenant. Employees are decent people. But they use some garbage AC units. My AC unit was replaced a little over 2 years ago. I've already had to pay to replace the blower motor assembly, and have had a few technicians come out to find out why I only have ac to half my house since getting the new ac unit. Giving them credit they did try a few things but over 2 years and only half my house gets cold.
