Matthew was kind, friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was patient with explaining items of concern to me. He asked what I had noticed already, then he took it from there. He found some items that I didn’t notice myself. Then, he provided a report in a timely manner. I appreciate his awesome work! Matt did our new home inspection. Missed a good amount of things. Had to point them out. Most were visible things. Would not recommend.
