I am very happy with the service provided by Truly Nolen. Having a home in the desert presents a constant battle in keeping the rodents away. Rick always let's me know a couple days in advance when he will be there to check the traps, which is something I really appreciate.

This was our third service call but the first time we met Donald, our service rep. He was very thorough going around the house. He was very knowledgeable about some of the vermin we should be on the watch out for as well as some of their behavior patterns as well. Very useful since I am allergic to bees which was one species he discussed. He was also very conscientious about safe distancing, which was appreciated.

We chose Truly Nolen for their reputation and weren’t disappointed. Don and Kelan were thorough, explained everything in a way we could understand, and provided great service.
