Salesperson on phone assured service would only be quick sprays after initial visit. Rains brought up weeds and hoa complained. Said they would leave my yard looking compliant before leaving the first trip. Cameras showed tech spray for 6 mins and then leave. Customer support is a joke, spent 3 hours on hold to get hung up on before speaking to anyone, chat support leads to a promise for follow up email and call that as of almost a month later hasn't happened.
