I'm a new customer and the service I had so far is A+++

Very unhappy. One year later and still unhappy. And they don't care! I keep my backyard locked and have requested 3x's that they call before a service and I get "oh so sorry" everytime I call. Very tired of this company and their tactics. Writing this 2 years later and now for some unknown reason they dropped me. No service for the month of August and when I called it was no big deal. This is why I don't prepay this company. I plan to find another company for next year. I decided to try for just
