Looks like my previous negative review was hidden. These guys are extremely unprofessional and aggressive with their tactics. If you google “truecraft masonry & construction seattle reviews”, Gemini gives you the image attached. DON’T HESITATE TO TERMINATE YOUR “CONTRACT” WITH THIS COMPANY. They know what they do is against the law! Check the BBB and King County AG lawsuits against them (3 as if writing this).

Edit 2/24/2026: My review was removed at some point. Here it is again as it is factual. We are now in a lawsuit with Truecraft to recover some of the funds that were lost through Truecraft's fraudulent actions. Let's be honest. As of Nov 12, 2025, Truecraft has been in business for 5 weeks (look it up). Most of these reviewers have 1 review and no picture and no FB content. These are bought reviews. Our experience has been not great so far. Work significantly underway and still no permit.

Destroyed our chimney, escalated costs and repairs in minutes, left us in complete duress. Outrageously unprofessional and terrible.

Had Brian and he’s guys out to do some work on my property in Shoreline. they did an amazing job on my steps really did a great job and my steps looks amazon since the work was completed

We had our chimney rebuilt by them and they did a very good job the price was reasonable the work was done professionally and they also replaced the chimney crown we're very happy whit the results and would definitely recommend them
