Joel was great. He showed up 10 mins early. Had a chat about the project in hand, he offered a solution at a real reasonable rate for his effort and was able to do it on the spot. I had others plumbers come out and they all quoted $1000 to $1500 and wanted an entire day of work. When all they had to do is cut a pipe, sweat on a 90 and a reducer on one pipe and a reducer on the other. Maybe an hour of work for a water softener loop. Joel was able to show up at 10am, quote me, run to Home Depot
