Design was impeccable. Cabinet design was great. Stage 1 ran smoothly. Went downhill from there. Project management, communication and issues and timing were awful. Took months literally to get issues addressed from Stage 1 of the project.

We are pleased with our kitchen and bath remodel and receive numerous compliments.

They were the one group who listened to what we wanted and were able to get everything we asked for. Others had some part they wouldn't do. They were patient with all my questions and always provided a complete answer. The results are very good and we are pleased with the results. If we need additional work elsewhere in the house I wouldn't hesitate to have them do the work.

TruBuilders are amazing! I was astonished how these guys made the remodel process stress free. I would not have thought it was possible. From day one they were professional, friendly, communicated every day, no delay between steps in the process, always let us know what was going to happen the next day, used quality materials, etc. I can’t say enough and if I had the capital I would have them do more updates.
