The mountains are enchanting, they are the most beautiful.
The sales and construction team were great but the HOA is still controlled by the board which is notorious for shady practices and one that they've seemingly tried to get past homeowners is the change to the CC&RS without notice or homeowner vote.
I had a great experience both buying my home and working with Destiny on the one year warranty repairs just recently. They listened to my concerns and made the necessary repairs without much push back, and worked around my schedule.
