We bought a new property that was using this as their security service so we hoped to continue with their services. However after many phone calls including unreturned calls, multiple times not following through, and no appointment date after two weeks of really trying to get the place re-secured, I had to give up. Moving is stressful enough without this poor customer service experience.

Very fair and honest, which is surprisingly hard to find these days for professional service that they provided. Beware of other Control4 providers out there, they will try and sell you a new car when all you needed was an air filter!
