The quality of work was great. Minus one star for one of your first customers in the morning and still taking 3.5 hours to get the job done. Maybe "stuff" happened so it took longer than normal. (But what's most important is that they did a quality job)! Plus, the restroom is atrocious; I get it that it's probably for your staff, not guests. At the same time, show the same level--or better--for your own employees and keep it clean, organized, and stocked with soap and toilet paper! I'd come ba
